Didn’t get the PDF? Check the spam and Promotions folders first, then search your mail for the sender address used at checkout. Still nothing? Email us with the address you paid with and we’ll resend the file.

Payments run through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Card details never reach us — if your question is about a charge on your statement, we can still look it up by order number.
What to include
Three details turn a slow thread into a single reply:
- your order number from the confirmation email — needed for purchase, license and refund questions;
- the tip or section you’re asking about, ideally with the page number from the PDF;
- a short description: what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
Mentioning your macOS version helps too. You’ll find it under Apple menu → About This Mac. Screenshots are welcome — press Shift–Command–4, drag over the area, and the image lands on your desktop.
What we can help with

- Using the guide on your devices — the lifetime license covers up to 5.
- Clarifying a step: if a menu path in the PDF looks different on your Mac, tell us and we’ll explain the equivalent.
- Refunds within 14 days of purchase, under our refund policy.
- Corrections and suggestions. Spotted an outdated path after a macOS update? Report it — updates to the guide are included, without additional charge.
What we can’t do: repair hardware, recover lost data, or troubleshoot third-party products. TipsForYou is a written guide, and we keep our promises to what a guide can actually deliver.
