Terms of Use

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Short version, so nobody has to squint: you pay $19 once, we email you a PDF full of macOS tips, you keep it on up to five of your own devices, and you have 14 days to change your mind. The long version follows, because lawyers exist.

1. Who you are dealing with

This agreement (“Terms”) is made between you and Ulrichstein-Ferienpark, Erlenweg 16, 35327 Ulrichstein-Ferienpark Burgblick, Germany (“we”, “us”, “our”). Questions, doubts, second thoughts: beehv06@macposthub.com. By purchasing or reading TipsForYou, you accept these Terms.

2. The product

TipsForYou is a single PDF document. Inside it: practical macOS tips and step-by-step guides, written in plain English for people who use a Mac every day and would rather not read a manual. There is nothing to set up and nothing running in the background — it is a document you read.

3. Price and payment

One payment of $19 USD. No subscription, no renewal, no surprise charge next spring. Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record; their own terms cover the payment transaction itself. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

4. Your license

Once your payment goes through, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to read and keep the PDF for your own private, non-commercial use on up to 5 devices you own. Lifetime means it never expires and never needs renewing.

  • Keep it to yourself: no reselling, republishing, uploading, mirroring, or sharing the PDF or meaningful chunks of its text and graphics.
  • No commercial use — for example, training material, resale bundles, or client deliverables.
  • No unlawful use of the document or its contents.
  • Personal backups on your own devices are fine and encouraged.

5. Delivery

We send the PDF by email to the address you enter at checkout, right after payment is confirmed. Please type that address carefully. If nothing lands, look in spam and promotions first, then write to beehv06@macposthub.com and we will resend it.

6. Updates

When we add new tips or refresh existing ones, the revised PDF goes to the same email address — included in your purchase, without additional charge, for the life of the product. We do not promise a fixed schedule; macOS changes when Apple decides it changes.

7. Refunds

You may ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase. One email is enough. Details live in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The PDF, this website, and all text, layout and graphics in them belong to us or our licensors. Buying TipsForYou gives you the reading rights described in section 4 — not ownership of the content.

9. Trademarks and independence

Apple, macOS and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc. We use these names only to describe what the tips are about. TipsForYou is an independent publication and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

10. What we do and don't promise

The PDF is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Every tip was accurate for the macOS versions current at the time of writing, but Apple renames menus, moves settings and retires features. We cannot promise that every step matches your particular Mac or macOS version, and the tips are general guidance rather than professional advice about your specific setup. Before changing settings or handling important files, make a backup — Time Machine exists for a reason.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these Terms is capped at the amount you actually paid for TipsForYou. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost data or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally — for clarity, or because something in the business changes. The “Last updated” date above always shows the current version. If you keep using TipsForYou after a revision, you accept it. Revisions never reduce rights tied to a purchase you already made.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply and are unaffected by this clause.

14. Contact

Ulrichstein-Ferienpark, Erlenweg 16, 35327 Ulrichstein-Ferienpark Burgblick, Germany. Email: beehv06@macposthub.com. A real person answers — usually within one business day.
